How to Earn Points
Earning rewards is simple:
- Get 5 points for every $1 you spend on products and services.
- Leave a review? That's 50 bonus points!
- Book online and score 100 bonus points.
- Complete 10 appointments and receive a whopping 1,000 points.
Note: Gift card purchases and membership charges don’t earn points, but using a gift card toward services does.
Redeem Your Points for Exciting Rewards

- 100 points = $1 off your purchase
- 2,000 points = A free service

You can apply up to two rewards per transaction, giving you more flexibility with how you use your points.
Don’t Let Your Points Expire
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they’re earned. Be sure to redeem them before they vanish!
Tiered Rewards – The More You Spend, the More You Save
As your spending grows, so do your benefits! Starting Friday, 16 May 2025, you’ll be placed in one of our rewards tiers based on your annual spend:
- Silver Tier – Everyone starts here. Enjoy 5% off.
- Gold Tier – Spend $500/year and get 10% off.
- Platinum Tier – Spend $1,000/year and unlock 20% off.
Your tier is reviewed annually, so consistent visits pay off!
Important Notes and Fair Use
- Points can’t be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Rewards have no cash value outside of this program.
- We reserve the right to update or end the program at any time.
- Any fraudulent activity may lead to termination from the program and loss of points.
