I'm bilingual, so I'm happy to work with you in whichever language you are most comfortable with. I entered the health and wellness field after tearing my ACL while playing soccer. After completing my bachelor's in exercise and sport science at Coastal Carolina University, I decided to stay in the area. Clients coming in can expect a relaxed, no-pressure session that's tailored to you, and you'll walk out feeling a lot looser than when you came in.
